چکیده

Pesticide poisoning is one of the most common instances deaths in every agriculture-dependent country may it be form suicidal or homicidal cases. Traditional classes pesticides like Organophosphates, Organochlorides and Carbamates have given way to newer class known as synthetic Pyrethroids. Some Pyrethroids Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin Fenavalerate are increasingly being encountered routinely used poisons rural India. In instance detecting uses a complex costly instruments which not very user friendly also expensive. present article Thin Layer chromatography classical method seperation science has been tool identify Pyrethroids, identification Cypermethrin pesticide analyzed using different solvent system for qualitative analysis with suitable spray reagent movement spot

Separation of lipids by Silica Gel G column chromatography.

A column chromatographic procedure utilizing Silica Gel C is described for separating lipid components of serum and lipoproteins into individual fractions containing hydrocarbons (I), cholesterol esters (II), triglycerides (111), cholesterol (IV) , free fatty acids (V) , and phospholipids (VI). Silica Gel G required no pretreatment except adjustment of moisture content to 10%. The method afford...

Chemically Modified Eggshell Membrane as an Adsorbent for Solid-Phase-Extraction of Morphine Followed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Analysis

In this project, eggshell membrane was used as a solid phase extraction sorbent for extraction of morphine followed by HPLC analysis. At first, raw eggshell membrane was used and then, because of low adsorption of morphine on untreated eggshell membrane (<70%), modification of eggshell membrane surface was carried out using different surfactants and amines. The amine modified eggshells characte...

Separation and Quantification of Hydrocarbons of LPG Using Novel MWCNT-Silica Gel Nanocomposite as Packed Column Adsorbent of Gas Chromatography

In this study, a new silica gel based adsorbent was fabricated and its ability in separation and quantification of alkanes mixture was investigated. Silica gel (SiO2) is a polar absorbent which is mainly used to separate polar compounds. Also, the carbon materials such as activated carbon and recently carbon nanotube (CNTs), have been widely used for separation of nonpolar materials. Carbon nan...

The fractionation of phosphatidylinositol into molecular species by thin-layer chromatography on silver nitrate-impregnated silica gel.

1. Two methods for the fractionation of phosphatidylinositol into molecular species were developed. In addition to preserving the fatty acid moiety of the molecule, the first method preserves the phosphorus, and the second preserves both the phosphorus and inositol ring. 2. In the first method, phosphatidylinositol was oxidized with periodate and the products reacted with diazomethane. I.r. exa...

Separation of Aromatic and Alcoholic Mixtures using Novel MWCNT-Silica Gel Nanocomposite as an Adsorbent in Gas Chromatography

The separations of alcohols with hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts, and the separation of aromatic mixtures, are extremely important processes in gas and petroleum industries. Choosing an adsorbent for performing this separation is the most important part of the process. Silica gel is used as an adsorbent is various techniques such as pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and gas and liquid chromatog...
